Important Inustructions

  • Registration and Presentataion is mandatory for at least one author per paper.  Non-payment of appropriate registration fee by authors on or before the mentioned deadline will result in withdrawal of the corresponding paper from publication in the proceedings.

  • The deadline for registration can be seen in the important dates. It is important that at least one author per accepted paper registers on or before the deadline.
  • Authors registration includes the submission of up to seven (7) pages for full paper. 
  • For each extra page authors have to pay USD 10 (INR 650).
  • At least one author must register and need to attend the conference to present the paper in person or through Skype (for Non Indians). 
  • Participants/Attendees/Listeners are also invited.
  • Certificate of presentation shall be issued only if the paper is presented either in person or through SKYPE(for Non Indians).
  • M. Tech./B. Tech./MCA students will be considered as Full time Students.
  • Ph. D. Scholars will be considered as Research Scholars.

  • Co-Authors (provided the main author has registered) of accepted papers will get 10% discount on base rate in the respective category. 

  • IAASSE Members must mention their membership number and also attach a copy of the membership card or any other proof of valid membership

  • In no case, registration fee shall be refunded.
  • Non IAASSE members have to mention "IAASSE00" as UID

 

MNIT

The Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) is a Public University located in Jaipur, India with emphasis on science, engineering and management. Formerly known as Malaviya Regional Engineering College (MREC) Jaipur, it assumed its present name in 2002 and was recognised as an Institute of National Importance in 2007.
